Meet Our Founder

Ruthe Belachew is the founder and managing attorney of our law firm. Ruthe has a passion for representing personal injury victims, protecting families' legacy and advocating for small business owners.

Ruthe holds a Juris Doctorate from the James E. Rogers Law School at the University of Arizona. During her time, she received both the Business Litigation and Transactional Business Law Certificates. Ruthe has worked with leading Arizona firm, the City of Chicago Department of Law, and Judge Margaret Jones-Johnson at the Dallas Probate Court throughout her journey. She also served as a Volunteer for the US Department of interior Bureau of Land Management as well as a Tucson Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.

Ruthe focuses her practice on personal injury, business law, and estate planning. She has represented hundreds of injured clients against the insurance company. Prior to branching out, she represented federal employees in their worker compensation claim before the US Department of Labor OWCP. She not only has a high record of success handling cases but has also received numerous favorable outcomes.

Ruthe is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. She has been named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers for two years in a row - 2023 and 2024. She is fluent in Amharic. When she is not with clients, Ruthe spends her free time with family and friends. She likes to travel and experience different cultures.
